2007 Cabernet Sauvignon Mendocino

2007 Cabernet Sauvignon Mendocino

The vineyard sits near the top Redwood Valley sloping terrain. The red soil is ideal to plant cabernet sauvignon vines. This wine was aged twenty four months in French Oak. Natural fermentation allows the wine flavors to develop slow and nicely. Being in oak wood allowed the tannins to mellowed and created a complex wine with lots of character. A big chewy Cabernet
Sauvignon will sure complement an array of dishes especially dark meats. Dark cherry flavors with a hint of chocolate. $28.00/bottle
