Our 2016 Sangiovese grapes are sourced from Mendocino County. Natural fermentation produces wines with texture and finesse. Neutral French oak barrels aged for 36 months. It exhibits flavors of blackberry, chocolate, and toasted espresso bean. The acidity is a noticeable trait that is well received from well grown Sangiovese grapes.
