Our approach to wine making is employing the traditional old world style technique. We encourage resident yeast to start fermentation with minimal manipulation appealing to nature for guidance and elegance in this Cabernet Sauvignon. Flavors of cedar, forest floor, ripe dark cherry and cassis. Its tannins are soft and velvety. This Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were sourced from a Biodynamic Vineyard in Redwood Valley California.
